everything is crisp, translucent.

clamouring to save you;

diving in to get you out.

There is no point

That's what she wanted,
someone to say don't go.

That someone wanted her,
or at least would try.

if she were to die.

nodding your head,
and she realized the truth
with a feeling of dread.

No one wanted her.
No one cared.
Not even you,
with the the love you shared.

So she said good-bye,
and you watched her leave.
She may have had the rope,
but now you can't breathe.

I looked back down.
He shook my shoulder gently, but I didn't look at him. I couldn't. How after breaking his heart and pretty much stomping on it could I admit I wanted him back now?
The doctor walked in, but neither of us noticed until he said, "Mr. McCartney, I'm afraid you'll have to leave for this session."
Paul jumped, then nodded at the doctor. As he left, he gave me a look: I'm not giving up on this.
I shuddered a little and hunkered down, feeling uncomfortable. Th

Paul giggled, taking another sip out of his glass. "We're almost out." he slurred, referring to the near empty bottle of wine on the table.
"I'm too drunk to go get more," I laughed with him. I banged my empty glass down on the desk and leaned forward to kiss him.
He kissed me back, then pulled away. "Let me finish my drink, you bloody git!"
I pushed his arm down and kissed him again. "You don't need another bloody drink, Paul; I don't know how anyone could get more drunk!"
He kissed me back for a second, then said quietly, "Well we could always pull out some pot and get high."
I burst out laughing and hugged him

Be nice and tall, and preferably thin

Have long hair, with a thin face
Never put a foot out of place

You know what? That isn't me
I'll tell you what I'll be:

I have short hair, streaked with green and pink
I'm really short, not thin but not fat, I think

I have clear-ish skin, not completely though
Following rules? I don't care; I'm not low

I'm not very pretty, but I am cute
I care about people, not their loot
